yes if he uses joomla... the other one if he doesn't use a joomla site

Was a bit fixed on the Joomla thing ;-)

thats cause the language file is loaded from the xml, when present there... you proberly need to delete the language tag in the xml config file for it to work.

And i do say proberly, cause i have not tested it.
