Most integration software has a field in the database that stores the birth year of a registered user. For sites that are not 18+, video chats can open a security window where minors can be subjected to adult content.

Having the chat client check that birth year and storing the variable to allow/disallow them from entering rooms depending in their age and whether the room was set to 18+ would eliminate the onus being put on a web site administrator because measures can be proven to have been taken to help reduce that subjection.

Furthermore, it doesn't have to be strictly an 18+ box. It could be set to a Minimum Age - Maximum Age as well. Keeping "old" people out of teen rooms, and vice versa.

Hello,

This sounds like a nice feature.
However, you can make use of the "showOnlyRooms" feature and split the rooms per each user group.
If you have a group called let's say "teens", you can display a set of rooms to them and another set of rooms to "adults".

But these integrations -- none of them -- split groups based on age. Or manage them dynamically. They ALL store birth information such as the year.
